By accessing or using KTTLS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

KTTLS is an AI-powered kettlebell training application that provides:

  • Personalized workout programs based on your sport preferences
  • AI-generated training recommendations and progressions
  • Workout tracking and progress monitoring
  • Seasonal exercise variations for different sports
  • Trip periodization planning

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.

  • KTTLS provides fitness guidance but is not a substitute for professional medical advice
  • Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have health conditions
  • You are solely responsible for your physical safety during workouts
  • Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • Use appropriate weights and proper form; when in doubt, use lighter weights
  • AI recommendations are algorithmic suggestions, not medical or professional training advice

By using KTTLS, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and you assume full responsibility for any injuries that may occur.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

6. Subscription and Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KTTLS are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your workout data and personal information remain yours. We claim no ownership over your user content.

8. AI-Generated Content

KTTLS uses artificial intelligence to generate training recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI recommendations are based on algorithms and may not be perfect
  • You should use your judgment when following AI suggestions
  • AI features may occasionally be unavailable or produce unexpected results
  • We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee specific outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES RESULTING FROM EXERCISE

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KTTLS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination
  • We may delete your data after the 30-day period

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
