Important: AI recommendations are cached for performance but your data is not used to train AI models.

Local Storage: Workout data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB for offline access
Cloud Database: Account data is stored in Neon (Serverless Postgres) with encryption at rest
Cache Layer: Temporary data is cached in Upstash Redis with automatic expiration
